The Details
Role Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Compensation $20 – $21 per hour
Schedule Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturdays Required (every other Sat, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

What You Will Do
As a CSR, you will be the front-line representative, building relationships with members and providing exceptional service for all their financial needs. You will be part of a team that puts community and culture first.

Deliver high-quality service and support to members in person and over the phone.

Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and product information.

Identify opportunities to help members by educating them on available services and benefits.

Embrace the organization’s culture of community and empowerment.

What We’re Looking For
Professional, personable, and service-oriented candidates eager to build a career.

A strong desire to learn and grow within a supportive environment (most people who start in these roles get promoted internally).

Reliability and commitment to the required schedule, including every other Saturday.

Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly preferred but not strictly required.
