We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our aerospace manufacturing team, with experience with soldering, warehouse operations, and machining. This position supports the production and logistics of precision aerospace components, requiring a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform precision soldering of electronic and mechanical components to aerospace standards
-Operate CNC and manual machining equipment to fabricate or modify metal parts
-Inspect finished parts for accuracy and compliance with engineering specifications
-Receive, store, and organize inventory in the warehouse; maintain accurate records
-Pick, pack, and ship aerospace components and assemblies
-Assist with inventory counts, cycle audits, and material handling
-Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in soldering, machining, or warehouse operations (aerospace preferred)
-Familiarity with IPC soldering standards and basic blueprint reading
-Experience with CNC machines, calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
