Are you a detail-oriented HR professional ready to make an immediate impact? A dynamic wellness company in Sherman Oaks is seeking a highly organized and versatile Human Resources Generalist for a temporary-to-hire opportunity. This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be a key member of our HR department, managing a broad spectrum of responsibilities: Employee Support & Relations: Serving as the point person for employee inquiries and managing employee relations. Benefits & Compliance: Managing payroll updates, handling benefits renewals, processing ACA reporting, and ensuring overall HR compliance. Leave Management: Handling all aspects of Leave of Absence (LOA) and EDD claims. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining and updating the employee handbook, creating various reports for the accounting team, and assisting with data entry. Administrative & Event Support: Providing support for company meetings and events, and assisting with special projects as needed. Backup Support: Comfortably acting as backup for the front desk when necessary. What We’re Looking For: A professional with a proven ability to manage a wide range of HR responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Experience with BambooHR is a significant plus. Comfortable providing front-desk support when the team requires it.
