The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with a solid understanding of employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance. If you’re ready to step into a critical HR role where your contributions will be valued from day one, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs

Support recruitment efforts including job postings, interviews, and onboarding

Manage employee relations and act as a liaison between staff and management

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and employee inquiries

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Support performance management and employee development initiatives

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role

Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (preferred)

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Details:

Location: Alhambra, CA (On-site)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, regular business hours

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: Competitive, DOE
