We’re seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Centennial! This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leadership to drive strategy, culture, and employee engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and provide HR solutions that support strategic goals.
Act as a trusted adviser on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Guide managers on employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and change management efforts.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount, etc.) to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and deliver leadership development programs.
Support compensation and benefits processes, including annual reviews and merit cycles.
Assist with payroll by verifying hours and approving timecards for both full-time and temporary employees.
Contribute to key HR functions including onboarding, recruiting, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Who You Are:
You have well-rounded HR experience across employee relations, recruiting, and coaching.
You’re proactive, strategic, and thrive on building trusted relationships across the business.
