We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Funding Reconciliation Specialist – AP to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying current and prospective clients utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS), determining the best methods for funding, and ensuring accurate reconciliation through routine true-ups. You’ll also play a key part in educating both internal teams and external clients on funding processes.
?? Location: 23000 Millcreek Blvd, Highland Hills, OH 44122
?? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $18/22 p/hr

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Pull and review files from assigned VMS systems on a daily basis.
  • Identify and document the best ways to utilize VMS systems for funding and true-up processes.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and strategies to management.
  • Collaborate with Service and Implementation teams on client and prospect needs related to VMS systems.
  • Maintain metrics and reporting related to VMS activities.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience (open to entry-level candidates).
  • Background in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
