Seeking a Bilingual Technical Service Representative to join our Aurora team!

As part of a dynamic service team, you’ll provide troubleshooting assistance, guide customers through technical solutions, and help maintain product quality and performance standards.

Bilingual Technical Service Representative
Location: Aurora, ON
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Model: 100% Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and operational support to customers and end-users in English and French.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to commercial beverage and brewing equipment.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps over the phone or via email.
Maintain accurate service records and process warranty documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate equipment feedback and improvement opportunities.
Maintain showroom equipment and assist with product testing when required.
Participate in ongoing product training to stay current with equipment updates and best practices.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a technical support, service, or repair environment.
Hands-on background in electrical or mechanical troubleshooting (appliances, industrial, or similar equipment preferred).
Ability to read schematic diagrams and use basic testing tools.
Strong communication skills in both English and French (verbal and written).
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused professional.
