We’re looking for a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, including office spaces, medical offices, and retail locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties
Maintain positive tenant relations and handle inquiries or concerns
Prepare and manage lease agreements
Oversee vendor contracts and maintenance services
Conduct regular property inspections
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Prepare detailed management reports

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management
Proficiency in AppFolio, Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with lease preparation and reporting
Solid understanding of building systems and vendor coordination
