Oversee & responsible for data entry into Quick Books, payroll, excel tracking systems, and filing financial/accounting documents. Please note we will be migrating off Quick Books and onto Microsoft Dynamics in 2025.
Input and track (manually for now via EXCEL) COGs for our month end close. For example, immediately after payment, entering all invoices from our factories into an excel sheet (tracking our inventory average).
Input and track (manually for now via EXCEL) average freight costs (for COGs for our month end close. This will entail entering container ship payments into a grid so we can write down the freight average as the inventory is sold. Note this work will initially need to be done very MANUALLY until Dynamics is implemented.
Analyze COGs data in order to determine reports comparing standard costs to deviations and establish profit margins for each of our SKUs (note we only have a few dozen so its fairly simple right now and fun if you LOVE MATH).
