We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician to join our production team. This hands-on role involves building, assembling, and finishing high-quality components in accordance with work orders and technical specifications. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented, team-focused environment and takes pride in producing precise, quality products.
What You’ll Do
Follow layouts and work orders to fabricate, assemble, and finish components.
Read measurements and blueprints accurately.
Set up and operate equipment such as mills, lathes, drill presses, tubing benders, and welders.
Bend, cut, bond, and weld materials per specifications.
Test products and document results to meet quality standards.
Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.
Work efficiently while supporting a positive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; technical schooling or certifications a plus.
4+ years of fabrication, machining, or assembly experience.
Ability to read blueprints, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and quality documentation.
Skilled with precision tools and measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and solid math skills (geometry, area, volume).
Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
