We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Drafter with experience in furniture manufacturing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, including redlining and interpreting construction detail drawings specific to furniture construction. This role requires the ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Primary responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings to ensure they align with written specifications, modifying or redlining drawings as needed, revising drawings per client feedback, and maintaining organized project folders both digitally and physically. The CAD Drafter will also communicate project deadlines to relevant departments to ensure timely completion.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, with exceptional follow-through and strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse personalities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills, effective written, oral, and graphic communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and AutoCAD are essential. A solid understanding of furniture or cabinetry construction is mandatory, and a bright, positive, and professional demeanor is a must.
