Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service/Order Entry Sales Assistant with proven data entry experience with a low error rate.

Additional Must-Haves:
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM/database systems.
* Familiarity with office equipment and general administrative tasks.
* Experience in manufacturing/distribution industry.

Strongly Preferred:
* Customer service experience in a business or office setting.
* ACT experience.
* Bilingual Korean or Spanish.

Role Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
* Entering, reviewing, and processing sales orders, work orders, quotations, and RMAs with a high degree of accuracy.
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
* Emailing confirmations to customers, tracking order progress, and supporting sales representatives with administrative needs.
* Accurately entering notes, updates, and order details into database.
