Seeking a personable and motivated Office Coordinator with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Must-Haves:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Basic knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping principles.

Strongly Preferred:
* Associate’s degree or administrative-related training.
* Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin.

Role Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
* Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly manner.
* Answering and routing calls to appropriate points of contact.
* Maintaining company calendar events and scheduling meetings.
* Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties.
* Creating and maintaining company’s reports.
