Duration: October – February 2026

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to provide support to the Director and high-performing sales representatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role plays an integral part in coordinating administrative tasks, organizing reports, and supporting sales activities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Director and sales leaders.

Prepare and send correspondence to clients and referral accounts.

Request, compile, and organize reports as needed.

Log and maintain activity records in Salesforce and other business systems.

Manage submission workflows and coordinate with clients, referral partners, and sales representatives to meet deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support departmental operations.

Qualifications

1–2 years of administrative experience required; experience in the financial or human capital management industry is a plus.

Must reside in the same time zone as the team you will be supporting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
