Join our team supporting in Round Rock, TX. We’re seeking dependable and motivated individuals to assist with daily mailroom and logistics operations. This is a hands-on role involving package processing, event setup, and general office support within a professional, fast-paced environment.
This position offers a great opportunity for long-term employment and potential conversion to a permanent role after successful completion of required hours.
Pay Rate: $17.02/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: 401 Dell Way, Round Rock, TX 78682
Type: Temp-to-Hire (Temp to Engage)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and palletize incoming and outgoing packages.
  • Sort, scan, and distribute mail to designated departments.
  • Assist with setting up events, including moving tables and chairs for conference, auditorium, and classroom-style arrangements.
  • Operate basic material-handling equipment, such as two-wheelers, dollies, hydraulic pallet jacks, and power lift jacks.
  • Ensure packages and materials are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas.
  • Support mailroom operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs. (assistance provided for heavier items).
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and moving between buildings may be required.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license required (driving responsibilities begin after conversion to a permanent role).
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and postage machines.
  • Previous experience in mailroom, warehouse, or similar roles preferred.
