This Contract Biller Position Features:

  • Support sales team processing invoices

Prepare Monthly Billing Packages to send to Sales Representatives

  • Update Schedule of Values monthly based on Sales Representatives percentages
  • Keep track of all Customer Required Billing Due dates
  • Prepare Billing Packages by Customer Due Date; follow Customer instructions for Billing Documents and submittal; save a copy in the Folder on the Server
  • Prepare and submit any and all supplemental Documents required for Invoice processing; Affidavits as requested
  • Submit Billing Packages to Customers in a timely manner with all required documentation
  • Log Billing information on Spreadsheet
  • Post Invoices in Great Plains
  • Understand and submit on Billing Portals such as Textura, Ebuilder, GC Pay, Procore, etc. as required
  • Submit Lien Releases in a timely manner
  • File Billing Documents
  • As jobs are closed, scan file and save on Server

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One (1) or more years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to communicate (read and write) effectively, professionally, and friendly in a business environment.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS, Outlook & Excel, Office 365 & Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and fellow employees.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Must possess strong organization and time management skills.
