Fortune 500 Banking Company is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Merchant Services Transformation Consultant to support high-impact initiatives within onboarding operations.

This role will lead efforts to optimize client onboarding, servicing, and support functions, with a strong emphasis on process automation, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive transformation across merchant onboarding and servicing operations, aligning with business goals and customer experience standards.
• Lead cross-functional, global projects focused on business process improvement, automation, and organizational design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance client support strategies and full lifecycle onboarding processes.
• Support regulatory reporting efforts, including consent order deliverables, FRB reporting, and MRA documentation.
• Leverage big data and analytics to inform operational strategy and performance tracking.
• Contribute to capacity planning, CX initiatives, and customer journey mapping.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage programs that support business transformation and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the payments industry (issuing, acquiring, payment networks).
• Strong background in operations strategy, client onboarding, and business transformation.
• Demonstrated success in leading global, cross-functional projects and programs.
• Expertise in business process automation and optimization.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and KYC compliance.
• Experience with data management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
