Title: Merchant Services Transformation Consultant
 Location: Irving, TX
 Pay rate: $35.78/hr
Fortune 500 Banking Company is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Merchant Services Transformation Consultant to support high-impact initiatives within onboarding operations.
This role will lead efforts to optimize client onboarding, servicing, and support functions, with a strong emphasis on process automation, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive transformation across merchant onboarding and servicing operations, aligning with business goals and customer experience standards.
- Lead cross-functional, global projects focused on business process improvement, automation, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance client support strategies and full lifecycle onboarding processes.
- Support regulatory reporting efforts, including consent order deliverables, FRB reporting, and MRA documentation.
- Leverage big data and analytics to inform operational strategy and performance tracking.
- Contribute to capacity planning, CX initiatives, and customer journey mapping.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage programs that support business transformation and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the payments industry (issuing, acquiring, payment networks).
- Strong background in operations strategy, client onboarding, and business transformation.
- Demonstrated success in leading global, cross-functional projects and programs.
- Expertise in business process automation and optimization.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and KYC compliance.
- Experience with data management and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
