We’re looking for an experienced Spa Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and can balance operational excellence with authentic hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, client service, and treatment flow.

Ensure full compliance with California medical aesthetics and health regulations.

Partner with corporate marketing to execute and track marketing initiatives, from social media to local outreach.

Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency.

Maintain a pristine, luxury clinic environment that reflects our brand’s premium standards.

Deliver exceptional client care, fostering long-term relationships and positive experiences.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports tracking KPIs and operational performance.

Develop and update SOPs to drive consistency, growth, and scalability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly Treatment Revenue: Meet or exceed revenue goals.

Retail Product Sales %: Maintain a high retail-to-treatment sales ratio.

Consultation-to-Treatment Conversion Rate: Maximize conversion of consultations into paid treatments.

Patient Retention Rate: Grow repeat visits and long-term loyalty.

Marketing ROI: Deliver measurable results across campaigns and community initiatives.

Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish & English) – required.

California Esthetician License – required.

Proven success managing a medical spa, luxury aesthetic clinic, or service-based business.

Strong track record of driving treatment and retail sales.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make smart, results-driven decisions.

Knowledge of hyperpigmentation treatments or advanced medical aesthetics – highly preferred.
