What You’ll Do
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, keeping clients informed and supported throughout their case.
• Obtain, review, and organize case and damage documentation.
• Prepare detailed settlement proposals and demand packages for attorney review.
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements with precision and accuracy.
• Manage case progress to ensure efficiency and timely resolutions.
• Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and client communication.
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager
· Bilingual in English and Spanish – must communicate clearly and professionally in both languages
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong multitasking and organizational skills
· A collaborative team player with a passion for helping clients
