We-re seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to provide on-site operational and administrative support in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves managing daily mailroom and facilities tasks, monitoring requests via email, coordinating shipments, and assisting with light facilities work.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and hands-on technical ability.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 4400 Masthead St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109
Parking: Free and available on-site
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to emails in a shared Outlook mailbox.
Schedule calendar events and coordinate internal communications.
Ship and process outgoing UPS packages (5–10 daily) using UPS WorldShip.
Process return shipments (3–7 daily) using online UPS tools and track return status.
Receive, open, and deliver mail and packages (approx. 100 USPS items daily).
Unpack and catalog computer hardware shipments; restock and organize hardware inventory.
Open service tickets with Property Management and restock mailstops.
Set up conference rooms and A/V equipment, assemble lightweight furniture, and install monitor arms as needed.
Lead daily operations for a small team (up to two people) and support facility requests.
Coordinate vendor access and assist in resolving facility-related issues (lighting, plumbing, small repairs).
Oversee ordering of office supplies and maintain organized storage areas.
Complete reports, invoices, and monthly management documentation as required.
Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED (required).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilities support, mailroom operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical activity (walking, bending, carrying, etc.).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience providing training or leading small teams preferred.
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
Basic technical and mechanical aptitude; able to use common tools and systems.
