Title: Financial Services Transition Rep– Securities Operations
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay rate: $21.38/hr

Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in supporting financial advisors during their transition process. This is an office-based position with significant client interaction and travel. You’ll provide hands-on assistance, resolve operational issues, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for advisors moving their book of business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Onboard and support financial advisors, both onsite and remotely.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisors during transitions.
  • Travel locally (up to 50%) to meet advisors and provide in-person support.
  • Handle operational tasks such as account transfers, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with internal teams and client personnel on operational matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of securities operations or financial services experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50%.
  • Familiarity with brokerage systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting financial advisors or working in a brokerage environment.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
