Job Title: Customer Care Associate (Hybrid)
Contract: Temp to Hire
Location: Dallas, TX
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate. You’ll serve as a key link between our clients and their customers. In this fast-paced, dynamic environment, you’ll provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring positive and professional interactions. Your role involves problem-solving, data analysis, and proactive support to deliver accurate solutions while building trust and enhancing customer experience.
Schedule & Pay:
- Must be available Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST
- Work Environment: Hybrid – 2 days in office/week, subject to change based
on business needs.
- Home Internet: A hardwired connection is mandatory. WiFi is not accepted to help eliminate connectivity issues that will impact performance
- Pay rate: $18.50/hr – $19.50/hr (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally, acting as an extension of the client.
- Resolve issues accurately, educate customers when appropriate, and provide extra value.
- Use multiple systems (up to 10) to research and resolve inquiries.
- Document all interactions and leverage internal tools for follow-up and escalations.
- Meet or exceed response time, quality, and production metrics, adhering to client service standards.
- Escalate issues according to business processes and timelines.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Follow strict schedules and attendance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- 1+ year of customer support experience; tax, banking, mortgage, or real estate experience preferred.
- Contact center experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task using multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, typing 35+ WPM; Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively.
