AppleOne is proud to present:
We’re seeking a Corporate Facility Services Specialist to support daily facility operations at our client’s location in Newport Beach, CA. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, prior facilities experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.

This is a full-time, on-site role projected through January 2026, with potential for extension.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 650 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660
Interview Type: Virtual (via Microsoft Teams)
Dress Code

Clean, professional, and safe work attire typical of facilities staff:
Collared shirts
Sturdy pants
Closed-toe shoes
All clothing should be clean and free of holes or stains.

Support daily facilities functions including work order monitoring, issue resolution, and service request validation (e.g., light bulb replacements, plumbing, HVAC issues).
Assist with office moves, inventory monitoring, and order support.
Perform weekly building inspections and minor maintenance.
Set up conference rooms with tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment.
Ensure A/V equipment and meeting rooms meet presentation standards.
Move furniture, boxes, and office equipment as needed.
Coordinate vendor deliveries, charity pick-ups, and inter-office moves.
Maintain organization of storage areas and ensure rain mats are placed/removed as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience: Previous facilities or maintenance experience preferred
License: Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and frequently walk, stand, kneel, and carry objects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with a team-player attitude.
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
PC literate; able to create reports, fill out forms, and track invoices/work orders.
