We have an immediate and exciting opening for a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join team in Costa Mesa! This vital role will be covering a leave of absence (LOA) and is currently expected to last through the end of the year.
A large tire manufacturer and distributor is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to cover a temporary Leave of Absence (LOA). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries over the phone, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process and streamline customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer account information in our central database.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and enhance the overall client experience.
What You’ll need:
Must have 3+ years of customer service experience, within a logistics industry or tire company is a plus, strong proven experience providing high-quality customer service over the phone, good job stability and someone with excellent attention to detail.
Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Hours: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM start (8-hour shift).
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
