Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Deputy Athletics Director/Chief Revenue Officer, the Associate Athletics Director, Revenue Generation & Business Intelligence, will lead revenue-generating teams and initiatives for UCLA Athletics. This position will be responsible for strategic oversight of ticket sales (primary and secondary markets), corporate partnerships, marketing, and ticket operations. The incumbent will leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance revenue streams, improve fan engagement, and implement best industry practices. This role requires extensive collaboration across departments, including ticketing, marketing, development, and campus partners. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications Ten years or more experience in leading high-performing revenue-generating teams in ticket sales, corporate partnerships, marketing, and ticket operations. (Required) Experience using data analytics to drive revenue and fan engagement strategies. (Required) Experience working in a top-tier Division I college program or sports-related field. (Preferred) Balance of both institutional knowledge and professional sports experience. (Preferred) Strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders across departments. (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ticketing Systems (e.g., Ticketmaster, Paciolan), and CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics). (Required) Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, DOMO, etc. (Required) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. (Required) Strong decision-making ability, balancing data-driven insights with qualitative factors. (Required) Ability to multi-task and prioritize short- and long-term objectives effectively. (Required) Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and strategic planning. (Required) Knowledge of NCAA, Conference, and UCLA Athletics rules and regulations. (Preferred) Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the role. (Required) Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and training. (Required) Master’s degree.
