Location: Onsite, Steamboat Springs, CO.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay rate: $21.21/hr
Duration: 4-month maternity leave coverage.
We are seeking a professional and organized Operations Processor to provide administrative support during a 4-month maternity leave coverage.
This role requires someone who is comfortable being front and center in the office, interacting with clients and advisors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by a second administrator onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and responding to emails in a professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for advisors and clients
- Assist with holiday gifting coordination for clients on behalf of advisors
- Support general office administration and organizational tasks
- Collaborate with the existing administrative staff to maintain efficiency and consistency
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the office well
- Proficient in basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
