We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate (Reach Truck Operator) to join our team in Parma, OH. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a stand-up reach truck, along with strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

?? Location: 5575 Venture Drive Unit D, Parma, OH 44130
?? Pay Rate: $19.80/hour
?? Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Operate stand-up reach truck and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Receive, stock, and ship used office equipment.
Load and unload trucks; handle freight and document inventory information.
Pull and prepare sales orders for shipment.
Assist in maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
Comply with OSHA safety requirements (training provided).
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor or team lead.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reach truck experience is required (must be clearly listed on your resume).
Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related experience (2 years preferred).
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Basic computer knowledge for inventory and documentation tasks.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move wheeled objects up to 700 lbs.
Frequent bending, kneeling, and squatting required.
Must have reliable transportation and OSHA-approved safety footwear.
