As our Logistics Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process—from inbound raw materials to outbound finished goods. You’ll work closely with production, procurement, and distribution teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to support manufacturing operations
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics providers
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align logistics with production schedules and customer demand
- Lead and mentor logistics team members to foster growth and accountability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Supply chain optimization, ERP/TMS/WMS systems, vendor management, inventory control, transportation planning, team leadership, KPI tracking, cost reduction strategies, cross-functional collaboration, compliance knowledge.
- Minimum of 5 years of logistics experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven track record of managing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to logistics and transportation
