Job Title: Field Support Specialist
Contract: Temporary (3 months)
Location: Guilford, CT
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to support multiple sites, including legal, insurance, hospital (non-patient areas), and manufacturing environments. This role may involve mailroom services, print production, or reception duties, depending on the site. Mileage for travel between locations is reimbursable at $0.67/mile.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $21.50/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service across multiple sites.
  • Perform mailroom, print production, or reception tasks as assigned.
  • Travel between sites (40–50 miles range); flexibility required to cover multiple locations in a day.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Use common office software and network folders; submit monthly expenses accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-related issues as needed.
  • Maintain positive, productive relationships with co-workers and adapt to changing situations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience (post-secondary education preferred).
  • Valid, violation-free driver’s license, reliable transportation, and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong oral communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
  • Commitment to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
