We’re seeking a print production and mail preparation operations support our client. This position will manage a team of six employees responsible for print production, mailing preparation to a pre-sort house, and conference room monitoring. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who develops their team, builds strong client relationships, and drives operational excellence.

Compensation & Details
Pay Rate: $26.44 per hour
Dress Code: polo and black or khaki pants
Location: 4000 Coral Ridge Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Parking: Provided on-site

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of a medium-to-large site and team.
Oversee copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual standards.
Hire, train, develop, and retain high-performing staff; manage performance and succession planning.
Foster an inclusive, customer-focused team environment that meets SLA objectives.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with clients and Ricoh leadership.
Conduct performance reviews, identify development needs, and promote internal recognition programs.
Drive process improvement and ensure quality operational standards.
Prepare and present site reports, audits, and Monthly Operations Reviews.
Lead and support change management initiatives.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of relevant work experience (B2B and/or technical).
Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (strongly preferred).
5+ years of customer-facing experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 360.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strategic thinker capable of managing complex operations.
Skilled in customer service, process improvement, and team development.
Office environment with standard temperature and noise levels.
Requires periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
Must demonstrate attention to detail, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
