Immediate need for an experienced Bank Branch Manager in Pasadena.
Shift: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Duties:
Management and Staff
Hire, develop, and manage branch staff, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to discuss needs and career goals.
Ensure all staff are trained in sales and service techniques.
Schedule staff, manage timecards, and handle performance management situations, including termination if necessary.
Branch Operations and Compliance
Oversee the daily operations of a full-service branch to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and state and federal banking regulations.
Monitor branch financial performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Maintain security protocols and manage risk at the branch.
Customer and Community Relations
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
Promote the bank’s products and services by actively cross-selling and managing in-branch sales promotions.
Build and maintain good client relationships.
Actively engage with local community organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce.
Sales and Strategy
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and financial goals.
Monitor branch progress and performance via dashboards and staff meetings.
Promote core deposit growth
Requirements:
-5+ years of recent bank branch management experience
