Position Overview:AdministrativeAssistant
Hourly Rate: $25.52 p/hr
Schedule: Weekdays -BusinessStandard Hours
Location: 1650 Tysons Blvd Ste 500, Mclean, VA 22102 – ON SITE
Duration:Expected to extend beyond one month, based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support administrative, operational, and reporting tasks forFinancial Advisors.
- Support the daily operational functions of the branch, i.e., deposit, correspondence, and receptionist duties.
- Provide accurate accountinformation and process security transactions.
- Handleclient inquiries and maintain thorough documentation.
- Create and manage reports forclientrelationship development.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitaskina high-volume environment.
- Professional demeanor withclient-facing responsibilities.
- ProficiencyinMS Office preferred.
