We are in need of an Customer Service and Sales Administrator in our Maintenance Dept.. The successful candidate will need strong customer service skills, some dispatching experience and computer skills.
Job Description
Using Operational CRM Software for scheduling and customer management
Identify and send maintenance renewals and any service notices
Track equipment using monitoring system for service alerts
Dispatch Service & Maintenance Tech
Work with our Operational C Software, Microsoft Word, Excel

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with scheduling maintenance appointments and follow-up calls, Calling to confirm service dates and times
Send out Service Reminders
Create Post-Service Reports
Data Entry
Follow up on all invoice renewals and proposals sent
QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least 2 year of administrative experience.
-Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills.
-Good Computer skills
-Dispatch/scheduling experience a plus.
