We’re seeking a Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our team in Webster, TX, for a temporary leave-of-absence assignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient order processing and communication.

?? Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer service–related inquiries.
Process customer orders accurately through ERP/CRM systems, verifying payment terms, pricing, address accuracy, and shipment details.
Handle returns (RMAs), credits, and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (Inventory Control, Marketing, Credit, Technical Services, Warehouse) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor open orders, address backorders and credit holds, and follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery information.
Manage incoming phone calls, providing timely and professional assistance for orders, quotes, and information requests.
Maintain organized records and participate in ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all customer interactions, upholding company policies and maintaining a positive attitude.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
2–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making in handling customer issues.
Available to work flexible hours as needed.
