What You’ll Do:

Perform net funding reviews and ensure all post-close data is accurate and compliant.

Reconcile fees and review disclosures for accuracy.

Conduct research using internal systems, CORE, loan prep/onboarding tools, and county assessor sites.

Communicate with internal teams and third-party partners through clear, professional written email communication.

Support ongoing quality and compliance standards across all post-close processes.

Participate in individualized, hands-on training with opportunities for staggered start dates.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong computer and systems navigation skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.

Previous office experience—loan, banking, or mortgage experience preferred.

Willingness to learn; recent college graduates have excelled in this role.

Accounting experience or coursework is a plus.
