Location:650 S Exeter St, Suite 1100, Baltimore, MD 21202
Pay Rate:$20 per hour
Schedule:On-site Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Type:Temp-to-Perm (Current assignment dates: 12/1 – 5/1/2026)
Dress Code:Business Casual
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Business Center Associateto support operations within the DLA Piper Business Center. This is a cross-functional role with a strong focus on print production, while also providing support in mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, and hospitality services.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operate large print equipment and assist with print production tasks
Process, scan, and sort incoming mail
Deliver mail and packages throughout the office
Scan incoming packages into the tracking system and distribute accordingly
Support shipping and receiving activities
Provide hospitality services as needed
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service to internal clients

Qualifications
Prior experience in print productionstrongly preferred
Previous experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or hospitalityis a plus
Strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain professionalism in a corporate environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable working on-site Monday through Friday
