Growing and dynamic company is looking to hire Operation Services Specialist’s w/DMW Car Services experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Looking for individuals who have worked for AAA, DMW, Car Dealership, Insurance or similar industry working with car paperwork for: reviewing, verifying, processing, maintaining and running updated records for payments made for services rendered, car registration renewals, DMW MVR reports, registration tickets, DMW car titles, vehicle transfers, reviewing and filling out pink slips for vehicles, paperwork for lien releases, vin information for vehicles, replacement license plates, disabled parking placards and license plates and contract and warranties for vehicles.

Job Hours: 6:30am – 3:30pm, 7am – 4pm or 7:30am – 4:30pm (MUST BE FLEXIABLE)

Duties will include:
-Verify, process, and maintain accuracy of all DMV and title documents for state registration.
-Process all vehicles registrations in the state which the vehicle will be titled.
-Send bills, contracts, warranties and service contracts to the appropriate state agency (e.g., DMV).
-Process lien releases and document within title tracking system for consumer loans.
-Help with processing of trusts, CDs (certificates of deposit), IRAs, levies, subpoenas and wires.
-Dormant account and escheatment.

Education/Skills:
-High School Diploma
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong skills in organizing workloads, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines are critical.
-Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and implement them efficiently.
