Overview:
Experienced HR Generalist with five years of experience supporting fast–paced environments. Skilled in employee relations, recruiting, compliance, onboarding, benefits administration, and driving HR processes that keep teams productive and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and new-hire orientation.

Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance discussions with professionalism and discretion.

Support full-cycle recruiting for administrative, operational, and professional roles.

Administer benefits programs, open enrollment, leave of absence cases, and HRIS updates.

Maintain compliance with federal and state laws including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and wage-and-hour regulations.

Partner with managers to coach on performance management, documentation, and corrective action.

Oversee HR reporting, audits, personnel files, and data integrity.

Lead or assist with HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement, or process improvements.

Support payroll processing by preparing changes, verifying timecards, and coordinating with finance.

Ensure company culture is reinforced through consistent practices, communication, and employee support.
