The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, bilingual (Spanish/English) Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple high-end commercial buildings. This role is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position, maintaining the high standards of a top-tier real estate firm and serving a distinguished tenant base.
What You’ll Do
Supervise daily maintenance operations across several luxury commercial properties.
Coordinate, prioritize, and manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and repair tasks.
Manage vendor relationships — ensure high-quality service, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests and emergencies.
Maintain smooth functioning of all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage maintenance resources.
Support capital improvement projects and renovations as needed.
Lead and mentor maintenance staff, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
? Must-Have Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish — required for communication with tenants, staff, and vendors.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience working directly with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (team or vendor management).
Strong leadership skills — able to prioritize tasks, manage teams/vendors, and maintain high service levels.
Excellent customer service skills, especially suited to a luxury commercial environment — polished and professional demeanor expected.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for travel between sites).

Experience managing maintenance in luxury commercial real estate.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks across different properties and coordinate with various stakeholders.
