We are hiring Call Center Representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handle up to 100 calls per day.
* Enter orders in the system, via phones, e-mail and fax.
* Look up SKU’s and giving ETA’s.
* Interact with purchasing, shipping, inventory, and warehouse staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 1 year of experience in a call center.
* Customer service experience in logistics or transportation will also be considered.
* Proficient in MS Office.
