Job Title: Dispatcher
Location: North Canton, OH
Position Type: Temporary (through 10/13/2026)
Pay: $17/hour
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Dispatcher to schedule calls for customers, service teams, and field associates. Strong communication and customer service skills are required. Shifts may fall between 6:30 AM – 1:30 AM.
Responsibilities:
Schedule service calls and manage operations in the Call Management System
Communicate with customers, field associates, and management
Escalate urgent service needs and support field technicians
Assist in training new team members
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Quick learner; associate’s degree preferred
