Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Lorton, VA
Position Type: Temporary 5-month contract (with potential for permanent hire)
Pay: $23.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and reliable Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role involves administrative tasks, coordination, and general office support to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred

1–3 years of office/administrative experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Support staff with scheduling, documentation, and communications

Maintain organized records and assist with reporting

Provide reception/phone coverage as needed
