We are seeking an experienced and self-driven HR Generalist for a long-term temporary assignment focused entirely on high-impact special projects. Key Focus & Responsibilities
This role is primarily project-based and requires a high degree of autonomy:

Project Leadership: See assigned HR special projects through from initial planning and development to final implementation and closure.

Strategic Communication: Develop and deliver high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively communicate project updates, findings, and key HR information across all levels of the organization.

HR Knowledge Application: Leverage strong foundational HR knowledge to ensure all projects are compliant, effective, and align with best practices.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of project scope, progress, decisions, and outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with various internal teams and stakeholders to gather information, gain buy-in, and ensure successful project execution.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a project-focused HR role.

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and see them through from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative professional environment is essential.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint is required for presentation development.
