Location: Onsite in Beverly Hills
Multiple Medical Front Office positions now available at this prestigious medical organization in Beverly Hills.
Titles Include:
-Surgery Scheduler
-Patient Services Representative
-Patient Access Representative
Requirements:
-Must have recent experience submitting Insurance Authorizations
-Experience with an EMR system (Epic preferred)
-Must have experience scheduling patient appointments/procedures
-Medical Call Center experience (for Patient Access only)
Duties will include:
-Schedule patient appointments/procedures if applicable
-Submit Insurance Authorizations
-Update patient demographics
-Verify insurance
-Collect medical records from referring physicians
-Coordinate labs, imaging and EKGs when applicable
