Job Title: Facility Services Associate
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Atlanta, GA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Facilities Support Associate. This role is customer-facing and includes light facility maintenance, hospitality services, and day porter duties. Ideal candidates are hardworking, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

  • General Areas (8 Floors, Executive & Associate Spaces): Clean and tidy restrooms, breakrooms, and suites; sanitize surfaces; maintain dry-erase markers, wipes, and air fresheners; organize cables and sockets.
  • Furniture & Fixtures: Dust and wipe surfaces, vacuum floors, and empty trash bins.
  • Executive Admin Area: Clean counters, microwaves, Keurig machines, printers, and refrigerators; replenish supplies; maintain showers; dust and vacuum floors.
  • Restrooms: Replenish paper towels, empty trash, and spray air freshener.
  • Full & Half Kitchens: Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, sinks; replace paper towels, soap, and dish sponges; wipe tables and chairs; sweep and dry floors.
  • Lobby: Clean glass, sanitize doors, wipe elevator buttons, empty trash, sweep and mop floors, and lightly spray disinfectant.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
  • Experience in custodial, maintenance, or office environments preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team.
  • Good customer service, organizational skills, and dexterity with hand tools.
