Duties include:

  • Manage bookkeeping tasks for A/P & A/R, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare financial reports and statements
  • Inventory control of company supplies
  • Budget control
  • Company event planning
  • Prepare for payroll information

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual – English & Mandarin is a plus
  • Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
  • Good with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Good communication skills with vendors, team members and customers
