About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
