We have an exciting opportunity for a NPD Practitioner to join the Brawerman Nursing Institute in a leadership role to develop and promote the generation and dissemination of new knowledge and the use of evidence to advance NPD practice, guide clinical practice, and improve patient care. You will be an advocate for NPD specialty actively supporting, promoting, and demonstrating professional development as a nursing practice specialty. Additionally, as partner for practice transition, you will support the transition of nurses and other healthcare team members across learning and practice environments, roles, and professional stages. Focus on academic affiliation and community partnerships, transition to practice program (onboarding/orientation), interprofessional team partnerships, and international observership program. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Valid California Registered Nurse License. Life Support Certification required by specialty. National or ANCC Specialty certification. Nursing Professional Development certification preferred. Minimum of three(3) years clinical experience and demonstrated progressive leadership activities including certification in nursing specialty area.
