Job Title: Office Services Support
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Stamford, CT
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Office Services Support. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, managing daily interactions and supporting special projects as assigned. The role requires multitasking, prioritization based on customer needs, and the ability to work independently.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $21.23/hr – $26.74/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support in records management, mailroom services, and general office operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Operate office equipment (copiers, reprographics, calculators, and reader/printers).
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with file room operations.
  • Prepare and manage special projects as directed by Records Specialists/Managers.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Lift, carry, or move boxes and records up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in office support, records management, or mailroom services preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Typing and basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with file room operations and automated records management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to changing needs.
