Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition
Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
Role Overview
Seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle talent acquisition across North America. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver top talent while ensuring compliance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead intake sessions and set hiring expectations
Create compelling job postings and sourcing strategies
Build diverse candidate pipelines using social sourcing and AI tools
Screen resumes, develop pre-screening questions, and manage selection process
Provide regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with employment laws
Innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years recruiting exempt professionals
Strong ATS knowledge; experience with social sourcing and employer branding
Consulting skills and ability to challenge assumptions
Preferred:
Advanced HR degree
Experience with Workday Recruit & Phenom CRM
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Note: Potential for full-time conversion within 6–9 months.
